This hippie pant is made-to-order from a navy striped fabric hand-woven on a pedal loom by Juan Pablo Romero in Tabio, Colombia. The texture on this fabric is very special, Juan Pablo uses about 6 different colored threads in order to create the zig-zag texture within the fabric. Juan Pablo is the first artisan we work with outside Mexico, he hand-weaves all his fabrics at his home in the town of Tabio 1 hour outside Bogota, Colombia. After graduation he decided to start weaving and has been creating textiles for over 26 years.
